Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and oh365 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They govern your access to and use of the oh365 website at oh365.vu, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account features available through the platform.

By completing registration and creating an oh365 account, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the platform.

Eligibility

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active oh365 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether intentionally or by error — is a violation of these Terms. If a duplicate account is identified, oh365 will close the secondary account and may void any balances or winnings held within it.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• oh365 does not impose conversion fees since all transactions are in PHP.

Game Rules and Betting

These Terms apply in addition to, not in replacement of, the specific rules for each product.

All game outcomes in slots, fish shooting, and RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generators. oh365 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes. Catch probabilities in fish games and return-to-player percentages in slots are set by the game provider.

For sports betting, odds are set by oh365's pricing system and reflect the implied probability of each outcome at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in. oh365 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where pricing errors occurred or where the integrity of the event is in doubt.
